Franschhoek Cape Town
accommodation An original historic town situated in the heart of
the Cape
Winelands Franschhoek was founded
in the 17th century by
Simon van der Stel
and the region was settled and planted with vines by French Huguenot
wine farmers who were brought to the Cape by the Dutch settlers

memorial to these immigrants.
