Up to 80 delegates can be accommodated
in a
variety
of seating formats in the conference centre on the reserve
which is
constructed from local wood and stone materials and blends in with the
natural surroundings. The main inside area measures 25m x 5m. and there
are two breakaway rooms measuring 5m x 2m. There is a
boma style
restaurant, catering and bar facilities. Meals are prepared by an
internationally acclaimed Executive Chef.

Any number
of functions could be held in the centre such as committee
meetings,
team
building
courses and product lauches. All necessary conference
equipment
is provided, including projectors and writing boards.
An
experienced sales and marketing team is on hand to assist
with customising special events to your
specific

The safaris
The
reserve specialises in luxury and service excellence. There
are a number of
safari
package
options available to delegates including horseback
and quad bike game viewing, which can be combined with your conference
over one
or two days, or longer if required. These include full board if
required, restaurant meals, cigar bar, relaxation around the pool and a
curio shop.

reserve's Luxury safari chalets are available
to delegates. They are built
from materials
found on the safari reserve and are
designed to
blend in
with the Karoo surroundings. Each is equipped
with cooling fans and coal stoves as well as en suite

Social
responsibility
The
safari reserve
employs
about 180 people. Among a number of ongoing community projects, over
120 jobs are provided to previously
disadvantaged
people from nearby Touwsriver. These people are
trained in tourism,
conservation and hospitality skills. Some 20 million ZAR has
been invested in the reserve in the last 4 years enabling it to benefit
the local community. The historic
Khoi/San
people are showcased in the curio shop and visitors to the
reserve are educated about their ancient culture.
