Make a worthwhile Western Cape property investment choice

Tulbagh Western Cape

Western Cape Property
Investing in a selected country region such as Tulbagh could be the most valuable and worthwhile decision you'll ever make.

You'll have a cost effective choice of country property and farms around Tulbagh, including fruit, olive, table grape, wine, grain and cattle farms - and wine estates and houses, smallholdings, mountain, river and lakeside getaways, guesthouses, hotels, businesses and other commercial properties.

Property prices in Cape Town have sky rocketed as investors realise the potential of purchasing real estate in a prime coastal location.

Consider, that for probably half the price you'll pay for an average residence in the upmarket Cape Town southern suburbs, you could be investing in prime Western Cape property in a popular scenic mountain region, within a reasonable distance from the city.

The Tulbagh region of the Western Cape is one such area. It has an interesting history and is well known for its extensive vineyards and surrounding mountain ranges.

It took me less than one and half hours to cover the 120km from Cape Town to Tulbagh and I had plenty of time to get a sense of the town and some idea of why the area has become so attractive to Western Cape property investors.

Tulbagh's location in a scenic valley encircled by mountains has made the region popular with weekend trippers and adventurers. I discovered that anything from horse trails and hiking, to fly fishing and mountain climbing can be arranged in the town. The hospitality and accommodation industries have benefited as a result.

Tulbagh is now one of the major wine producing regions in the Western Cape. This has resulted in the establishment of the Tulbagh Wine Route which encourages local tourism.

There is also a thriving animal rearing industry on the local farms.

All the tourism and industry in the region amounts to strong economic progress for Tulbagh. This is why it makes good sense to invest in prime real estate in the area.

John Veschini is my professional Western Cape property associate in Tulbagh. He has lived there for a number of years and has established many productive relationships with land and property owners in the area.

If you're in the market for selective Western Cape property, John will source it for you - and if not in the Tulbagh area then through his network of contacts all over the Western Cape country areas, including the Boland, Overberg, West Coast, Cape Winelands, Central Karoo, Little Karoo and the Cape Garden Route.

Should you not be a resident of South Africa you'll get assistance with immigration formalities, setting up companies through which to purchase your property, and foreign exchange requirements.

In order to assist you with your Tulbagh property enquiry we need some details from you. Please complete the form below and John will contact you.
