Cape Town vacations
A guided tour of the Cape is an excellent way to appreciate some of the finest scenery you'll find anywhere in South Africa and it certainly beats having to find your way around in your rental car. You want an established tour company offering a wide selection of routes ranging from city bus tours to a 4 day Garden Route adventure. Well I've found just the right company, and what's more I've arranged a discount for you on the cost. Touring Cape Town

Some popular Cape Town attractions

Cape Peninsula Nature Reserve
No Cape Town vacation itinenary is complete without a visit to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. It is situated at the southernmost tip of the Cape Peninsula and has one of the wildest coastlines on the Cape coast. Many shipwrecks lie underwater offshore. Lots to see and do in the reserve. Information and maps are available at the entrance. You'll need at least a day, and if you're not part of a tour group you'll need your own transport to get there. Distance from Cape Town 40km. Township Tour
Not something that should be attempted without a professional guide who has a good relationship with members of the community. Nothing false here. Such a tour is a cultural eye opener that not all Cape tourists will appreciate, but it is something which is growing in popularity. You'll get to see the reality of how the other side lives. Cape Winelands
How about a sampling of traditional Cape wines? The Winelands are extensive and the typical Cape wild mountainous scenery interspersed with endless rows of vineyards should not be missed. There are many exclusive wine estates offering wine sales, cellar tours, tastings and traditional meals. Your best bet is to take a guided tour through the region. Alternatively you could drive 15km out of the city and visit the oldest wine estate in the Cape - Groot Constantia founded in 1685. Groot Constantia You'll find more general information here Wine Routes
