Blouberg Seaview Apartment is a fully furnished and equipped for selfcatering, two bedroom / two bathroom apartment.
We are situated in the beachfront area of Bloubergstrand with stunning views of Table Mountain over Table Bay and the V&A Waterfront
There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen/diningroom/lounge area is open plan and leads onto a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a television with M.Net and a radio/cd player.
On the premises is a swimmingpool a coin operated laundry and lock-up garage. The premises are enclosed by palisade fencing and entry is via a remote controlled electronic gate.
There are many restaurants, pubs, clubs and coffee-shops nearby, plus 2 shopping malls. The Milnerton and Atlantic Beach Golf Clubs are about 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
Cape Town and the airport are 25 minutes drive away.
The apartment is managed by the owner, so personal attention is guaranteed.
