Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions before making
your application
The application for this webpage hosting arrangement is open only to accommodation establishments based in South Africa.
Cape Town Travel Adviser agrees to publish, and display an accommodation webpage containing descriptive information, graphics and links, for a renewable period of 12 months from publication date. Relevant information and graphics is to be provided before the webpage is created.
All information and graphics provided will be understood as accurately representing the accommodation venue concerned.
Cape Town Travel Adviser reserves the right to change or alter the content of an accommodation webpage, or make use of minimal advertising such as Google Adsense, after initial publishing date, at its discretion, in order to attempt to improve traffic concentration, search engine optimisation, keyword distribution etc. as and when the need arises, and/or when such changes are requested by you.
The use or display of accommodation pages created by Cape Town Travel Adviser in other online or offline media is strictly prohibited. Such use will result in the permanent removal of the relevant page from the Cape Town Travel Adviser website.
Cape Town Travel Adviser reserves the right to accept or refuse any accommodation webpage application, or renewal of annual subscription, without explanation.
In submitting your application and/or having paid hosting costs, you agree to indemnify Cape Town Travel Adviser against expenses or legal consequences resulting from any dispute, claim or otherwise, arising out of publishing and hosting your accommodation webpage.
After an accommodation page is published and hosted, a COD invoice covering the hosting of an accommodation page for a term of 12 months will be issued. The invoice must be paid within 7 days to avoid cancellation. The payment will be seen as acceptance of the page publication and hosting agreement.
An annual payment is understood to be an indication that the accommodation webpage agreement is acceptable and no refunds are applicable in the event of subsequent cancellation.
Any notices of cancellation and/or page modification should be made in writing. There is no initial charge for page publication but any subsequest page modification made at your request will be charged at R60.00 per half hour, or part thereof. Payment terms are COD.
All listed charges are not VAT applicable. The charges are subject to review at renewal as necessary.
